PhD MEDICAL MOLECULAR GENETICS

The objective of the PhD Medical Molecular genetics programme is to;

1. Train graduate students to become researchers, teachers and academics in medical molecular genetics.
2. Train students to understand the human genome and its impact on human diversity and health.
3. Train students to become academic advocates and leaders in medical molecular genetics.
4. Train students to communicate their ideas, research results, and conclusions in a written form acceptable as a scholarly work for publication in a peer-reviewed journals.
